Why did I start off on this project?

To attempt to relive some of my lost youth, that’s why.

The truck on the top of the hill is a Bedford RL 4.5 ton Gun Towing Vehicle, the B sub-section GTV, and that’s me in the cab.

Someone drove the Golf truck into a hole, and we got to haul it out.

Well. I’m never going to be able to restore a Bedford RL, but I can have a go at a quarter ton Land Rover.

So that (sort of) explains the following pages.

BTW, I’m still going to put a B sub sign on the front of the quarter tonner, not a G sign.
